The quoted stateroom rate includes the followings:

1.        Cabin accommodation and meals.

2.        Free entry to Cabaret shows at “Moulin Rouge”.

3.        Free participation to most activities organized in the Daily Activity Program.

4.        Passenger handling charge.

5.        Lucky Draw.

  

Travel Document : All passengers must possess valid travel documents for leaving Hong Kong. Star Cruises has the right to reject those passengers who cannot present valid travel documents from boarding the ship.  No refund on any portion of far paid will be made.

 

1.  HK Permanent Residents            :    HK Permanent ID Card (*** or *)

                                                           with age 11 and above

2.  Children with age below 11         :    Valid passport or HK Reentry

                                                           Permit + HK ID Card (w/o photo)

3.  HK Non-Permanent Residents    :    HK ID Card (‘U’ or ‘C’ Symbol) +

                                                           passport

4.  Non-HK Residents/Foreigners    :    International Passport (with valid

                                                           visa)

 

Payment :            Please make all cheque payable to “Hong Kong Medical Technology Association”.  Send the cheque together with your reply slip and a return envelop for confirmation slip.

 

 

Travel Policy :      Passage for pregnant women will only be permitted before their 24th weeks of pregnancy, a doctor certificate stating that they are fit to travel must be provided.  For those in their 24th weeks of pregnancies or later, passage will not be permitted.

 

The Star Cruises reserves the right to cancel and/or substitute scheduled port of call / itinerary / price / programme at any time and reason whatsoever without notice.  The terms and conditions of this function will be subjected to those of The Star Cruises.

Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
