New Membership Card
The development of new membership card is almost complete. The new card will store member's information electronically. In use with our newly purchased attendance program, we can generate attendance record for academic activities held by HKIMLS. Then, the Institute can produce annual reports to members for the preparation of "Record Sheet of Continuing Professional Development Programmes/Activities Attended" to Medical Laboratory Technologists Board. In order to ensure the timely delivery of membership card, members are requested to send their photo to us as soon as possible. Please submit hard copy (~5 cm x 4 cm) or digital image (JPEG format) with full name to P. O. Box 2722, Central, Hong Kong or info@hkimls.org respectively on or before 15th June 2005. The membership card will be provided free of charge in the initial project. Replacement of card due to loss or damage will be charged at cost for HK$50 each.
新會員證

本會即將完成研發包含會員電子資料的新會員證，配合新購置的紀錄出席的軟硬件，將來可以為本會舉辦的學術活動印發年終出席報告，方便會員填寫醫務化驗師管理委員會的“出席持續專業發展課程／活動紀錄表”。為了可以早日將新會員證交到會員手中，現請閣下於2005年6月15日前，將近照﹝約莫五剩四厘米﹞連同姓名郵寄香港中央郵政信箱２７２２號收，或將近照的數碼圖像﹝JPEG格式﹞電郵至本會電郵地址 info@hkimls.org﹝電郵內需附有閣下的姓名﹞。首次發出會員證費用全免，若因損壞或遺失而補領，則需收取每張港幣５０元正。
